In the midst of the pandemic when live venues were pretty much silent, Live Fact survived by pivot after pivot — crowdfunding, live streaming, applying grants, selling merch, and relying on the goodwill it had built from local bands and followers, helping it stay afloat. Now it’s time for the show to go on again! Live gigs will be opened to fully vaccinated Malaysians nationwide after having been shuttered for more than one year.

Merakki

We are Merakki, a fresh 6 piece Indie-Pop band whose quirky sound is best described as a mixture of clean and groovy. Our musical influences include the works of Boy Pablo and Last Dinosaurs. We are always eager to share our energy with any audience, through our lively originals that remind us all to take pleasure in the little joys of life. After a year of our debut EP being out on all streaming platforms, we are proud to announce that our debut album is in the making and will be out in 2022 so stay tuned!

Rotan Chippers

Rotan Chippers is a 4-piece funk rock band that was formed in 2019. The band consists of Afiq (vocals), Danial (guitars), Uzair (bass) and Aliif (drums).

The first two singles by the band, Don’t Stop and Break The Ice were released in early 2020, while Mekar was released at the end of that year. Currently, they are in the writing process for their debut album.

Their music style is primarily funk rock, largely influenced by the music of Red Hot Chili Peppers, Incubus and Rage Against The Machine, with some touches of grunge and alternative rock.
